i tried to add this to my previous post, but was having some problems. i think i figured it out now……
once we got back from the er and i had coaxed kawena away from jumping on the bed, i grabbed my little camera and tried to get her to tell me what happened to her head. she was not cooperating, but i still just have to laugh at her. it was close to midnight when i taped her and she doesn’t even act tired. i love how she is so distracted by everything in the room and has no interest in what i am asking her. i love the way she talks and she simply makes me smile!

Well, I guess she doesn't want to talk about it. Maybe later? I love you Kawena! See you soon.
Oh, I love the ramblings of 2-year-olds!
I love her little voice. Perhaps, it was too painful to talk about ;)
Her little voice is so sweet! She doesnt even seem phased by the fact that she has staples in her head. What a tough girl!!
I'm smiling right now...love that little voice. That is what I miss most about my girls growing up.
Wow! What great adventures you are having at your house. Yes, the ER is irritating. While I was dying a year ago I had to wait 6 hours in the ER. It was worth it, though. :-) I'm still here! I hope everything heals well! Her spirits sure aren't dampened by what happened. LOL!
It's so funny to hear her talking so much. I guess I always think of her as a baby still since I don't see her in person. She is so adorable; definitely one of your girls. :-)
