sicky poo II

here we go again! this time my sicky poo is this daughter:

she's enjoying a day home from school reading her chapter book and watching chicken little and star wars!

i am not surprised she got sick today, i was going to go on my first run since my first sicky poo put a screeching halt to my exercising over a week ago! isn't that how it always happens?

dang murphy!

Bummer! I was thinking about that when I saw Nani at the door.

Won't it be nice someday to have a child old enough to leave them home alone? I saw Sarah Smith at the gym this morning and she makes me jealous with her comings and goings when she can leave Becca in charge of getting her other kids taken care of. Wow, someday...

Hope she gets better soon.

You will get there. The worst is when you don't have an excuse and still don't go. Smile and enjoy it while she is with you. Call me when you want to go run again.

I hope Nani feels better soon. It's too cold to run outside anyways :)

Awwwww, so sad. Tell Nani, I hope she feels better very soon. And Tutu loves her.

Another sicky-poo? When things hit us it takes forever to go through the whole fam-damily! It's just the way it goes, you're right! Hope you are all healthy soon:0) Thanks for the birthday wishes!

Poor Nani! I'm glad to hear she's doing better. Love the new look of your blog. You have to show me how to do that!

By the way, I spent two blissful hours at the mall tonight (sigh) by myself (double sigh) and I kept thinking of you and that we still need to go make-up shopping/trying on. Let's just pick a time and get it on our calendars.

It was good to see you last week. It was such a whirlwind trip...I sure do wish I would have had some more time to get together with people.

The changes to the blog are so cute. And sorry about the sickies. Hopefully everyone gets better soon.

at least they are tkaing turns being sick. i would take that rather than a houseful of sick kids/adults all at the same time.

i love the new blog layout--very cute.

Your new blog is so cute! I love it! I tried to change mine but it took way too much time. I'm lucky to post and make a comment or two!

So sorry your little one is sick. Just keep saying that poem over and over in your head...

I LUH-HOVE your new template!

Sorry, you have another sicky poo!

My son missed the Primary Activity Day this morning because of strep throat. Poor guy is miserable.

I really love your playlist. I might just have to leave it going while I do dishes sometime because you have such great musical taste.

Kids always get sick when you've finally made a resolve to get a bunch of stuff done. Darn kids! But what a cute picture with the chapter book and all.
I can't wait until my little guy starts reading chapter books!!

I feel your pain! Holly is just barely recovered from a week long sickness which meant a painfully long break from running. That's the only problem with exercising-when you don't get to it's hard to survive. Hope you're running again soon-and let me know if you ever want to join our 8:00 group.
