am i back?

no more sicky poo's in our house.

no more excuses not to exercise.

ran this morning and "muscle class" with rachael and bridget.

cycle class tomorrow early (ugh) morning.

run and yoga thursday.

swim and lift friday.

am i back on the exercise wagon? we shall see! at least i am now accountable to all of you dear readers!

**i'm working hard to get my exercise incentive this week because i missed out on $40 in the last 2 weeks of sicky poo's!

It was fun to see you this morning! It's been too long since we've worked out together. I am so glad you guys are all well now. Especially since you have your fun trip coming up!

you make me so jealous because there is not a gym that i can go to out here, and all i want to go is get on an elyptical or go to a good kick boxing class...
but that is a great weeks worth of excercise you have planned- way to be back on the waggon!

Glad your back on the exercise wagon...don't you hate it when your kids kick you off! One week is okay...after that it's like torture for me to get back on track!

Way to go on the exercise. Ive been exercising a ton to get in good shape before my surgery. hopefuly i wil be able to start up slowly

I love my spin class too. I just got shoes and a heart rate monitor. They make it so much more fun.
