tuesday was our first official day of summer break .
this is what i woke up to:
breakfast in bed at, you saw it, 10:27 am!
it doesn't stop there! After i finished my breakfast i walked past the girls bedroom and saw this:
bed made without even being asked!
then i saw this:
i love that nani can read books to her sisters!
i was a bit worried about having all 4 of the girls home all day everyday, but i think i could get used to this!! couldn't you??
happy summer!

I can only dream about sleeping in that late! My kids get up too early. :) The compromise is a nice early bedtime for them though. Enjoy your summer! We have a couple weeks of school left here.
Happy summer to you too! I can't wait until I don't have to get up at 6:15 a.m. everyday. I'm counting down the days as much as my girls are.
I don't know if I could sleep in as late but it's great that you were able to. It's great that your girls made their beds and were doing fun things together
10:27 you are the luckiest woman alive!! How would it be? I can only imagine!
That's not summer. That's heaven.
Well, trade in Fiber One for some Belgian waffles covered in whipped cream and strawberries. NOW that's heaven.
crazy that it is already your summer break! how fun. and 10:27- that is amazing! amazing!
Wow! I had to teach my kids how to read the clock so they won't come out of their rooms until 6 A.M.!!! You wanna trade kids? What sweet girls you have!
How in the world do you sleep until 10:27am? Ready or not, my eyes pop open at 5:30am and the day begins!
You are so funny with your sleeping in! It has been about 17 years since I saw that time when I woke up. My body doesn't do that anymore.
I L.O.V.E. Summer! 3 more days for us.
I can't wait to see the last day of summer pictures...
I love sleeping in too!
That looks and sounds wonderful! What a wonderful bunch of girls you got!
10:27!?! That's pretty amazing Mahina! Anything past 8:00 these days feels like sleeping in. I honestly don't know if my body would let me sleep that late. But then again, I don't have a new born in the house. My baby turns 4 tomorrow! Isn't that nuts? I'm glad to hear you found your perfect property. How fun to build a new house! I haven't posted about our latest yet, but we are moving! We have our house up for sale and are going to build in Forest Grove. It's so much more peaceful and "country" feeling out there. We are excited!Your family is just adorable:0)
i can't believe that your girls let you sleep so late and even made you breakfast in bed. you live a charmed life, my friend!:)
WOW!!! That sounds like a great day. Especially the 10:27 part. Heck I'd settle for 7:27. Glad things are going well. And what sweet girls you have.
Such great kids you have!!
